Q. What is the term of the franchise agreement?
A. 5 years initial, renewable for 3 terms of 5 years each provided the franchised business is in full compliance
Q. What are the royalty fees?
A. 5% of Net sales 
Q. What are the national advertising contribution?
A.  2.5% of Net sales to be spent on national or regional advertising
Q. Other fees?
A. None
Q. Where do I buy my food supplies?
A. Form third party suppliers, except for the proprietary sauce from

Q. Do you sell franchises with turn-key operation?
A. No, we assist you in choosing the location, negotiating the lease, appointing a contractor, supervising construction and sourcing equipment from third party suppliers
Q. Do you provide financial assistance?
A. No, but we will be happy to refer you to a bank that knows PIRI PIRI franchise and welcomes its prospective franchisees to apply for small business loans. Applicants however must have good credit standing
Q. How much money will I make?
A. No franchise company can predict sales and profit, each restaurant is different from the other. Many factors contribute to revenues and profit in any business including but not limited to: Rent charges, management skills, location and local marketing efforts
Q. How long will it take for me to open a PIRI PIRI Rôtisserie?
A. From signing the lease and taking over the location, it will take 3 to 4 months to open. Great deal will depend on the situation of the leased premises
